Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in public policy, public administration, economics, law, international relations, political sciences, social sciences or related field.
- Minimum seven (7) years of demonstrated practical professional experience in designing, implementing and monitoring anti-corruption initiatives.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of implementing effective accountability, transparency, public oversight, and anti-corruption activities, preferably in the Balkan region.
- Demonstrated successful experience in establishing strong working relationships with governmental institutions.
- Experience designing curricula, leading Training of Trainers, and assessing the efficacy of training programs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including ability to engage stakeholder in dialog, lead formal meetings, and produce high quality practical reports and knowledge products.
- Strong managerial/leadership experience and decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to work in teams; creating an enabling environment, mentoring, and developing partners and colleagues.
- Experience with USAID-funded activities and familiarity with USAID rules, regulations, and policies.
- Fluency in Macedonian or Albanian and working proficiency in English required.
