ICT Expert, North Macedonia PAC Activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT, engineering, or related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in developing software solutions with Java Spring Boot, ReactJS, Postgres, and Microsoft SQL Server is required. Experience related to the development or administering of ICT systems in anticorruption is preferred.
• Experience working with REST API’s is required.
• Experience working with Alfresco CMS required.
• Experience in ICT support and emergency troubleshooting is required.
• Experience working with different stakeholders in North Macedonia including government institutions, public officials, and international organizations is required.
• Knowledge of security, hardware, and network administration is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is required.
• Fluency in English and Macedonian is required. Knowledge of Albanian is preferred.
