Grants Manager, USAID/OTI Moldova Program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in international affairs, economics, business administration, or related field required.
• Minimum five years’ relevant experience in grants management and oversight required.
• Experience training and/or delivering technical assistance in grants management to beneficiaries.
• Experience supervising including team coaching and day to day oversight.
• Demonstrated financial and reporting skills, as well as strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Strong proactive problem-solving abilities independently and with teams, service orientation, and inter-personal skills, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work effectively and harmoniously under pressure in a stressful environment and with colleagues from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Ability to travel to other activity implementation locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English is required.
