Qualifications:

  • A university degree (bachelor’s or higher) in accounting business administration, economics or other relevant fields. Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in management roles that included operations management, strategic planning, program management, government contracting, resource management, finance and budgeting.
  • Experience with USAID-funded projects and familiarity with USAID grants and procurements and their associated regulations required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated expertise in developing and managing grant program activities under a USAID-funded project.
  • Experience overseeing procurements and service contracts in compliance with donor regulations, with knowledge of USAID regulations strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of transnational corruption, innovation programming, and international development organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing training in grants management preferred.
  • Strong organizational, planning and operations skills with interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
