Governance Assessment Country Expert, Middle East & North Africa Monitoring, Study, & Learning Services (MENA MELS) Remote

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in relevant field of social sciences required.
• A minimum ten years of experience working in the DRG sector in the Palestinian Territories required.
• A minimum five years of experience working on donor-funded DRG programs in the Palestinian Territories preferred. 
• A minimum five years of experience analyzing institutions and legal frameworks preferred. 
• A minimum five years of experience with rule or law or governance assessments, political economy analyses, or related USAID governance sector studies preferred. 
• A minimum five years of experience analyzing institutions and legal frameworks preferred. 
• A minimum five years of experience with rule or law or governance assessments, political economy analyses, or related USAID governance sector studies preferred.
• Expertise in the legal framework and institutions of the Palestinian Authority required.
• Knowledge of political dynamics in the Palestinian Territories preferred.
• Knowledge of donor-funded DRG programming in the Palestinian Territories preferred.
