Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Public Administration, IT, Information Analysis, Management or other relevant fields is required.
- Minimum of three years of technical experience in the field of public administration, project management or related area is required.
- Minimum of five years of experience of the cooperation with state authorities and/or local self-government bodies is required.
- Participation in the implementation of IT products for the state and municipal sectors in the field of geospatial, open data solutions is required.
- Knowledge of Ukraine legal framework in the field of creation of state information and communication systems and regulatory documents in the field of information protection is required.
- Familiarity with the Ukraine anti-corruption legal framework, institutional infrastructure, policies and initiatives in the field of recovery is required.
- Experience with international technical assistance projects or IT development projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical and writing skills are required.
- Strong organizational, time management, reporting, and negotiation skills are required.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English is required.
