Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in gender studies, cultural anthropology, a social science, development studies required. Masters degree preferred.
- Ability to travel within Serbia
- At least 5 years of direct experience working on issues of gender and social inclusion in the Balkans
- Experience designing qualitative and quantitative data collection efforts and analyzing and reporting data through a gender and social inclusion lens
- Fluency in Serbian and professional proficiency in written and spoken English required.
