Gender, Equity and Social Inclusion Advisor, USAID/Serbia Access to Justice, Belgrade, Serbia

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in gender studies, cultural anthropology, a social science, development studies required. Masters degree preferred.
• Ability to travel within Serbia
• At least 5 years of direct experience working on issues of gender and social inclusion in the Balkans
• Experience designing qualitative and quantitative data collection efforts and analyzing and reporting data through a gender and social inclusion lens
• Fluency in Serbian and professional proficiency in written and spoken English required.
