Gender and Social Impact Assessment Expert, Local Governance Assistance

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in gender equality, economy, social sciences, human resource management, business administration, project management, or another relevant field is required.
• Minimum seven years of experience in providing technical assistance to LGUs in strategic and operational planning is required.
• Experience in delivering gender and social inclusion support to the government units in BiH is required.
• Experience in facilitation and coaching of small groups of participants is required.
• Knowledge and experience in analysis, definition and implementation of local development policies, strategies and implementing documents is required, and is particularly relevant for the local level.
• Strong analytical skills and report writing skills are required.
• Ability to conceptualize and write concisely and clearly in the local languages commonly used in BiH is required.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
