Finance Manager, PROLA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business finance, accounting, or similar field required.
• Minimum four years of related experience working in project financial management for non-governmental organizations required.
• Minimum two years of experience working for a USAID project is preferred.
• Experience managing the finances and administration of a USAID-funded project is required.
• Familiarity with grants management and project finance management, including financial controls, accounting, auditing, as well as reporting on accruals, pipelines, and expenses., etc.
• Strong knowledge of international donor requirements is required.
• Knowledge of USAID policies and business practices required.
• Working knowledge of accounting software QuickBooks is required.
• Advance knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and FrontPage.
• Strong communication, management, reporting, multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills required.
• Written and oral proficiency in French required. Professional proficiency in English is preferred.
