Finance Assistant, PROLA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar discipline is required.
• Minimum one year of practical experience required.
• Experience working for a USAID project is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
• Ability to prioritize, implement and manage tasks proactively and independently while working within a team required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, positive, and approachable required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, partners, vendors, and colleagues required.
• Ability to multi-task, be a strategic thinker and operate with a genuine dedication to program support.
• Strong team player, attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.
• Fluency in written and oral French required. Proficiency in English is preferred.
