Position Summary:

The Executive Assistant will be an administrative partner and tactical supporter to the President & Executive Vice President. The Executive Assistant’s main duties include tracking critical events and supporting prioritization, reducing administrative burdens on the executive leadership, providing high-level communications support across oral, written, and digital platforms, managing company and executive events for impact, and presenting a professional point of contact for company partners and associates. To be successful in this role, this candidate should be a proactive problem solver, meet deadlines while multi-tasking, and have strong oral and written communications skills. Above all, this candidate should have a history of excellent respect for executive confidentiality. This position is a metro-DC-based position with blended remote and office requirements.



  • Manage President’s calendar, set up meetings, and act as President and EVP initial point of contact/screener for external partners, vendors, and individuals.
  • Support cross-company initiatives, special projects and company reporting requirements.
    • Monitor due dates and assist in their completion – including keeping contributors on schedule and editing products.
  • Understand e-filing architecture and distribute documents to appropriate files.
  • Provide logistical support to regular company functions including Executive Management Team weekly, quarterly meetings, bi-weekly all-company meetings, and company townhalls and special meetings.
    • Organize, send invites, track attendees, take notes, administer presentations.
  • Support both the President and EVP in corporate level communications, tasks, and relationships across operating units.
    • Draft, edit and format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
  • Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with MSIs Executive Management Team.
  • Support targeted research and analysis tasks related to the development industry


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with executive-level support required.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Experience planning meetings and events.
  • Professional demeanor and confidentiality to sensitive material.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to edit in English.
