Evidence Specialist, USAID/Ethiopia Learning Analytics Activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science, development studies, economics or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum seven years of direct experience developing and managing monitoring and evaluation field research, evaluations, special studies, and assessments required.
• Minimum five years of experience managing staff carrying out monitoring and evaluation efforts required.
• Experience working on program evaluation teams and/or overseeing evaluations required.
• Experience designing and implementing performance monitoring systems for international donor projects required, preferably for USAID.
• Experience integrating collaborating, learning and adapting into MEL programming required.
• Experience planning and implementing Third Party Monitoring (TPM) preferred.
• Experience innovating new approaches to generating evidence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Amharic required.
