Evaluation Team Member, Monitoring and Evaluation Program for Lebanon (MEPL)

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, data analytics, or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years of experience related to small-and medium-sized enterprise (SME) development support, SME diagnosis, quality management systems, strengthening business processes or other related fields. Experience in more than one of these is preferred.
• Knowledge of LED’s market-led or buyer-led approach is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the design and implementation of evaluations, assessments, and/or similar studies for USAID or other foreign assistance programs, strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in the application of qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods, strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of the structure, strengths, and challenges facing the private and SME sector in Lebanon.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required.
