Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree economics, statistics, nutrition, social sciences, public health, or any related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum seven years of technical and managerial experience supporting programs related to Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Reporting, Learning, Analysis and Adapting (MERRLAA) required.
- Minimum five years of experience managing teams working on data collection, analysis, and reporting required.
- Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative field research required.
- Experience in a supervisory role, including technical and administrative management of subcontractors required.
- Experience working on MEL programs in the PIMMELA coverage region is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with issues related to the implementation and delivery of services in the Philippines, Pacific Islands and Mongolia preferred.
- Ability to oversee quality control on work products required.
- Ability to work and travel to multi-cultural environments and build effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, partners, and colleagues required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, positive, and approachable.
- Strong oral and written communication, analytical, interpersonal, attention to detail, organizational, and team management skills required.
- Professional written and verbal English capability required.
