Evaluation Team Leader Consultant, PIMMELA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in development communication, communication research, mass communication, journalism, social sciences, or any related field required.
• Minimum five years of experience in conducting evaluations, assessments, and studies, including experience working with international organizations or international NGOs is required.
• Minimum five years of experience managing teams working on data collection, analysis, and reporting required.
• Ability to oversee quality control on work products required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, positive, and approachable. 
• Ability to write clear, concise, and complete message-driven reports of evaluations, assessments, research, and studies.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and team management skills required.
• Professional verbal and written English capability required.
