Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social sciences, development studies, agriculture, or a related field is required.
- Minimum five years of experience in designing and implementing evaluations is required.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including data analysis and interpretation is required.
- Experience working in South Sudan or similar developing or conflict-affected countries is required.
- Familiarity with USAID rules and regulations, evaluation guidelines, and reporting requirements is required.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including USAID staff, government officials, and local communities is required.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills is required.
- Strong English language skills in writing, presentation, and conversation is required.
