Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience conducting evaluations and research in social science is required.
- Experience and expertise in conducting research and evaluations on victims’ assistance or emergency humanitarian response projects in contexts like Afghanistan are strongly preferred.
- Experience working in Afghanistan preferred.
- Experience conducting evaluations for USAID.
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Strong written and oral English language skills are required.
