Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in public administration, international relations, economics, business administration, law or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in program evaluation, including designing and managing evaluation projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Proficiency in evaluation software and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English with strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Proficiency in Haitian Creole and French.
  • Familiarity with USAID evaluation policies and procedures preferred.
