Engineer, USAID/West Bank/Gaza Rapid Response Activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum five years of experience in construction or rehabilitation of community infrastructure required.
• Experience working with international donors required.
• Experience practicing engineering work in the West Bank is strongly desired.
• Experience working on rapid response or stabilization is also desirable.
• Experience with USAID programs preferred.
• Ability to travel is required, especially within the northern West Bank.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic required.
