Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Minimum five years of experience in construction or rehabilitation of community infrastructure required.
- Experience working with international donors required.
- Experience practicing engineering work in the West Bank is strongly desired.
- Experience working on rapid response or stabilization is also desirable.
- Experience with USAID programs preferred.
- Ability to travel is required, especially within the northern West Bank.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic required.
