Education and Workforce Evaluation Specialist Consultant, PIMMELA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, social sciences, or related discipline is required.
• Minimum eight years of experience in supporting evaluations, assessments and studies, including planning, fieldwork, analysis, and writing is required.
• Experience in youth programming in the Philippines is strongly preferred.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and complete message-driven reports of evaluations, assessments and research required.
• Professional written and verbal proficiency in English is required.
