Deputy Chief of Team for Operations, INL Justice Sector Assistance Project, West Bank

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, International Development, or related field is required; advanced degree highly desired.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in international development with at least three years of progressive management experience in donor-funded project administration and backstopping, including operations, finance, compliance, and grants administration.
• Experience managing and supervising finance and administrative staff.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations as they apply to contracts, payroll, and other payments, preferred.
• English fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) required; Arabic proficiency preferred.
