Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Law, International Relations, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, or related field is required.
- Minimum four years of demonstrated management experience in designing, managing, and implementing anti-corruption initiatives, rule of law, and/or good governance field is required.
- Knowledge and experience in international technical assistance projects, international organizations, or public institutions or CSOs is preferred.
- Strong managerial/leadership experience and decision-making skills are required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including ability to engage stakeholder in dialog, lead formal meetings, design, and conduct training, and produce high quality practical analytical reports and knowledge products are required.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with government officials, non-governmental organizations and other donors is required.
- Strong ability to work in teams, creating an enabling environment, mentoring, and developing partners and colleagues is required.
- Presence in Kyiv, Ukraine is required.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English is required.
