Deputy Chief of Party, Support to Anti-Corruption Champion Institutions Program in Ukraine

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Law, International Relations, Political Sciences, Social Sciences or related field is required.
• Minimum four years of experience in designing, managing, and implementing anti-corruption initiatives, rule of law, and/or good governance field is required.
• Knowledge and experience in international technical assistance projects, international organizations, public institutions, or CSOs is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong working relationships with government officials, non-governmental organizations and other donors is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including ability to engage stakeholder in dialog, lead formal meetings, design and conduct training, and produce high quality practical analytical reports and knowledge products are required.
• Strong managerial/leadership experience and decision-making skills are required.
• Strong ability to work in teams, creating an enabling environment, mentoring and developing partners and colleagues is required.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English is required.
