Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human rights, international development, or related field is required.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in implementing and managing access to justice programming in DRC and/or the Great Lakes Region required.
- Experience in human rights-based approaches to sustainable development, including the use of people-centered approaches to accessing justice for marginalized populations required.
- Experience supervising diverse teams and managing stakeholders required.
- Knowledge of Judicial reform issues and programming in DRC required.
- Experience in building the capacity of civil society organizations required.
- Experience with data collection and analysis, specifically pertaining to justice needs and institutional performance preferred.
- Ability to produce new and innovative ideas required.
- Ability to build consensus among groups with diverging opinions and priorities and to develop solid working relationships with civil society and government agencies preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English required.
