  • Minimum of eight years of experience in international development and experienced in the design and management of evaluations, analyses and assessments, including the design of the evaluation methodology, primary data collection methods and protocols, and data verification techniques.
  • Strong experience developing monitoring and evaluation plans, selecting indicators, analyzing data and facilitating data review sessions with managers to improve programming.
  • A master's degree in the field of evaluation, agriculture, economics, governance, international development, or a related technical field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience recruiting and successfully managing teams with a focus on high quality of their products.
  • Expertise in organizational development.
  • Excellent English writing, speaking, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with USAID or another donor.
