Deputy Chief of Party-Operations, USAID/Afghanistan Monitoring, Evaluation, Collaboration, and Learning Activity (MECLA), Kabul, Afghanistan

Qualifications:

• Minimum seven (7) years of international experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related subject required; Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing finance and administrative functions for international development projects required. Experience with USAID projects preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant US federal regulations and procedures is preferred.
• Fluency in local languages is highly desired, fluency in English required.
