Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or higher or higher is required, preferably in international relations, peace building, or other relevant fields, or equivalent experience.
- At least (5) five years, with a bachelor’s, of relevant work experience or at least (7) seven years of relevant work experience without a bachelor’s degree. Relevant experience entails working on donor-funded projects of similar size/scope in a related role.
- Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience.
- Experience in developing and administering grants or small grant programs, preferably with a donor, USAID contractor or international NGO managing an office or program.
- Familiarity with USAID’s policies and grants programming and donor-funded program best practices is preferred.
- Experience in program planning and implementation in a fast-paced environment, using adaptive management approaches, is preferred.
- Prior experience in Latin America is required, with experience in Mexico strongly preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English are required.
