Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or higher is required, preferably in international relations, business administration, finance, or other relevant fields.
- Seven (7) years of experience in management roles in USAID or other donor funded international programs that include operations management, strategic planning, program management, resource management, finance and budgeting.
- Minimum three (3) years of supervisory management experience is required.
- Experience overseeing procurements and service contracts in compliance with donor regulations, with knowledge of USAID regulations as it relates to human resources, financial management and reporting, procurement processes, and grants management.
- Experience managing subcontracts, grants pools and/or grants under contract (GUC) is required.
- Prior experience in the region is preferred, with experience in Sri Lanka strongly preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Tamil and/or Sinhala is required.
