Creative Hub Video Editor, USAID/OTI Moldova Resilience Initiative

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree equivalent in film studies, media production, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum two years of professional experience as a video specialist, video editor, or in a similar role is required.
• Experience working with partners from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds is required.
• Experience with USAID-funded or other international organization projects preferred.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard video editing software packages such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, Edius, and Lightroom is required.
• Understanding of digital trends and editing principles to create visually appealing and engaging content is required.
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D editing, and compositing is required.
• Familiarity with USAID communications policies is preferred.
• Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills to effectively convey the intended message through video content is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders is required.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work efficiently under tight schedules and adapt to changing project requirements is required.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure video sequences flow logically and smoothly is required.
• Ability to develop an overall video brand messaging strategy is required.
• Fluency in English and Romanian is required.
