Contracts and Grants Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the administration of contracts and grants required.
• Experience with USAID contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. government contracting instruments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. Government regulations (FAR, CFR, etc.) with a specific emphasis on USAID (AIDAR, ADS, etc.).
• Proven ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, writing, and analytical/research skills.
• Ability to travel internationally in an ad hoc basis.
• Fluency in English required. Fluency in Spanish, French, or Arabic is a plus.

Pay Transparency Statement:

We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position is $118,000 to $125,000 USD.
