Communications Coordinator, Kiribati Cross-Cutting Program Support Project, Remote

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a relevant field is required.
• Experience creating social media posts, press releases, presentations, graphics and/or videos required.
• Experience curating content with photos and video reels.
• Experience in international work preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook required.
• Familiarity with the cultural context and the ability to engage local and international stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to interact successfully and professionally with senior Kiribati officials required.
• Ability to be flexible, willing to adapt to new tasks even without prior experience.
• Ability to be proactive and follow through promptly on tasks and communications.
• Ability to work remotely and engage with MSI-TT and MCC based on Washington, D.C.
• Strong written and spoken skills in English and fluency in the Kiribati language required.
