Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, international relations, economics, business administration, law or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least ten (10) years’ experience in a senior leadership role on donor-funded development projects and demonstrated management and leadership skills working with large and complex programs and a diverse staff.
- Technical expertise in multiple aspects of public sector reform: anti-corruption reforms in governmental institutions, public financial management, and/or the justice sector.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management capacity that includes providing technical and administrative oversight of consultants and subcontractors in a multicultural setting.
- Knowledge of and prior experience working on USAID-funded activities strongly preferred.
- Prior experience as Chief of Party, Country Director or its equivalent, is preferred.
- Experience working on development programs in the Balkans region is desirable.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communications skills required, with proficiency in Macedonian preferred.
