Qualifications:
- Master's Degree required.
- At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience required (of which at least 5 years have been in senior oversight roles) in the design, implementation, and management of technical assistance and monitoring and evaluation of international education programs, including Asia regional and large-scale program experience.
- Sub-sector experience in at least two of the following areas strongly preferred: early childhood education, foundational skills, secondary education, workforce development, and/or post-secondary education.
- Demonstrated expertise in monitoring, evaluation and learning required. Experience supervising or providing senior advisory services on performance monitoring systems, independent evaluation, and evidence utilization efforts.
- Experience with managing USAID IDIQ’s strongly preferred.
- Experience with USAID policies and compliance requirements strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel to/within the Central, South and Southeast Asia region, approximately 15% of the time (pending lifting of travel restrictions lifted).
- Experience with remote management of geographically dispersed teams preferred.
