Chief of Party (COP), Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Support Activity, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Qualifications: 

• An advanced degree in social science, development studies or a related field required. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree plus five additional years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 12 years of international development experience; experience with USAID and in the Balkans strongly preferred.
• Progressive responsibility in project management, including technical and administrative oversight, staff, and sub-contractor supervision.
• Technical experience in monitoring and evaluation of international development projects required.
• Experience in CLA and facilitation preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and provide leadership.
• Strong written and oral communications skills in English required; Bosnian language skills preferred.
