Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in international affairs, social science, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with M&E work in developing countries, including experience and technical knowledge in designing, managing, and evaluating multi-million-dollar development projects, is required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible management experience is required.
• Experience managing sub-contractors and third-party monitoring (TPM) experience.
• Experience overseeing the provision of MEL products and services to international clients.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking/planning, management, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to produce well-written reports and deliverables and communicate excellently in English through emails and other correspondence.
• Ability to establish relationships of trust with clients, including those at the level of a USAID Mission Director.
• Strong English-language communication skills are required.
