CBO Coordinator, Support to Anti-Corruption Champion Institutions Program in Ukraine

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, law, organizational development, public administration, or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including minimum three years of experience within the government sector or international organizations is required.
• Experience in project management is required.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables is required.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage staff and resources, build relationships with stakeholders, and work collaboratively with others, is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to a diverse audience, are required.
• Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures is required.
• Fluency in written and oral Ukrainian and professional level English is required.
