Capacity Development Team Lead, MozMEL Activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or relevant field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in conducting organizational capacity evaluations is required.
• Experience working with local partners is preferred.
• Knowledge of organizational capacity strengthening approaches is required.
• Knowledge of political economy and institutional analyses is required.
• Strong management and administrative skills with experience of evaluating integrated programs is required.
• Strong communication and writing skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, team management and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to manage a team of field data collectors to ensure quality and integrity of data collected is required.
• Fluency in English is required. Working knowledge of Portuguese is preferred.
