Business Analyst, Support to Anti-Corruption Champion Institutions Program in Ukraine

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Business Analyst or related position is required.
• Experience creating API specifications and data models.
• Experience in preparing software requirements (BRD, SRS), user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Knowledge of notations and standards: BPMN, JSON, YAML, open API, UML.
• Knowledge and understanding of web applications, APIs, client-server architecture, SQL and non-SQL databases, microservices architecture, containers and orchestrations.
• Understanding of SDLC and basic methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Fluency in written and oral Ukrainian is required. Fluency in English is preferred.
