Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, public administration, or related fields is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum five years of professional experience working in a relevant field, such as government, non-governmental organizations, or international organizations, providing technical assistance/advice is required, preferably with a focus on the policy cycle and institutional review.
- Minimum two years of managerial experience is required.
- Experience in working and collaborating with various stakeholders is required.
- Experience in designing anti-corruption policies/programs is desirable.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian government operational processes is required.
- Proven ability in analytical work and report drafting is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
- Fluency in written and oral Ukrainian and English is required.
