Qualifications:
- Degree in law, social studies, public policy/administration, international development or other relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Five (5) years of professional experience implementing access to justice, rule of law, judicial reform, criminal prosecution, democracy, human rights and/or governance programs.
- Experience working in Guinea and/or other Francophone African countries strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of judicial reform issues and programming in Guinea.
- Collaborative team-player that is proactive in identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and is results-driven.
- Ability to work effectively, responsively, and collaboratively with government counterparts such as GOG ministries and anticorruption institutions, CSOs, development partners, private sector partners, and academic/research institutions at national and sub-national levels.
- Experience supervising diverse teams and managing stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, supervision, and written/oral communication skills.
- Working proficiency in English and French is required.
