Third Party Monitoring Manager, USAID/ The Monitoring, Reporting, and Capacity Strengthening Contract for the Sahel (MRCS)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant social science or related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience focused on monitoring and evaluation and/or research is required, 7 years of experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience overseeing data collection is required, 2 years of experience overseeing data collection preferred.
- Experience collecting data related to international development in Niger is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work in complex, politically charged, unstable environments is required.
- Professional level oral and written skills in English, and proficient oral and written skills in French is required.
