Technical Manager, Education
Qualifications:
- Minimum master’s degree in education, statistics, psychology, or related area required.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive work experience in international education settings required.
- Expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and research in the education sector.
- Expertise in conducting desk reviews and synthesizing information.
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis using statistical and transcript software such as STATA and/or SPSS and MAXQDA and/or NVivo to manage, process, and analyze education data.
- Familiarity with USAID data and reporting systems, including the Data Development Library (DDL), and policies preferred.
- Experience managing technical aspects of projects, from design and work planning to implementation and reporting.
- Ability to work with teams of technical directors, managers, and associates, and project managers.
- Proven success with donor agencies and governments in meeting targets and fulfilling contractual requirements.
- Excellent writing, analytical, speaking, and communication ability in English; skills in other languages preferred.
