- Master degree (desired) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience, within the last three years, working with a safety system or safety focused environment
- Experience in missile/rocket/launch vehicle technologies
- Experience with federal regulatory structured environment and processes including familiarity with the Code of Federal Regulations (FAR’s)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience participating in or mediating large multi-disciplinary workgroups
