Senior M&E Experts/Leaders, M&E Support projects
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in in international relations, economics, statistics, public policy, research methods, program assessment, evaluation/measurement or another relevant field preferred.
- Demonstrated M&E experience in development on USAID-funded programs preferred.
- Experience designing qualitative and quantitative data collection tools and conducting data evaluation and reporting required.
- Experience in Third-Party Monitoring preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing performance evaluations of development interventions including evaluation design, developing evaluation questions, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis and experimental design desired. Experience in impact evaluation preferred.
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English. Fluency in a second language such as French, Spanish or Arabic preferred.
