Senior Geotechnical Engineer-Denver

Qualifications:

• BS in Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering with an emphasis in geotechnical applications; MS and/or PhD in Geotechnical Engineering preferred plus equivalent experience
• Registration as PE in Colorado is required, or ability to become registered within 4 months
• Fifteen or more years of relevant experience
• Construction experience and ability to troubleshoot issues in the field
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; computer modelling skills are a plus
• Proficiency or solid working knowledge of computer modelling software such as GeoStudio, LPile, gINT, FLAC
• Must be able to occasionally travel to project sites, both local and remote, work in the field during all seasons and weather conditions, and be able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds). Experience logging boreholes using both auger and coring methods is preferred.
• Must be able to work outside of the United States
