Senior Contract Specialist, Support Services for the Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance Program (BHA HASC)
Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance required, active clearance preferred.
- Relevant Master’s Degree and at least 12 years of experience managing U.S. government funded contracts. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a graduate degree.
- Experience in senior management of complex U.S. Government contracts with experience on complex humanitarian assistance or staff augmentation programs over $50 million.
- Knowledge of Federal humanitarian assistance programming, U.S. foreign assistance programming, and international development organizations.
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), USAID Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (AIDAR), 2 CFR 200, USAID ADS series, DoS Standardized Regulations.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure documentation is filed professionally and accurately for internal and external audit.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who takes initiative and leadership.
