Senior CLA Experts Pipeline
Qualifications:
- A Masters degree or five (5) years of experience in lieu for a master’s degree in a field relevant to development assistance, such as international affairs, political science, sociology, economics, public administration, development studies, organizational development, social science, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in institutional learning, research, analysis, knowledge management and/or communication.
- Strong knowledge and experience with USAID CLA practices, M&E design and principles
- Facilitation skills demonstrated by successful past facilitation of learning or other events. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience analyzing development assistance programs and monitoring and evaluation data.
- English language competency. Proficiency in a second language highly desired.
