EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or relevant program required
-
Master’s degree (MS/MA), PhD or PE is a plus
-
Minimum 5 - 10 years directly related experience in a Seller – Doer and execution role required
-
Strong relationships with government agencies are essential
-
Ability to provide a great customer experience from development through execution of a project
OTHER DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

High level of written and oral communication skills

Strong presence and presentation skills

Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent business sense

Track record of success as a Seller-Doer

Ability to work and collaborate with employees at all levels and disciplines

Ability to succeed in a team-oriented organization, interfacing with a variety of different groups to accomplish project objectives

Ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects as needed and deliver timely and quality service

Experience in recruiting, screening and hiring skilled personnel a plus

Ability to mentor and develop junior staff

Sets high personal goals and is motivated towards achievement

General computer, word processing, and spreadsheet capabilities are required including MS Office Word, Excel, Project, etc.; advanced skills desired

Current possession of professional licenses/registrations desired

Experience in the renewable energy and energy transmission sectors
-
Knowledge and application of natural resource assessments
-
Experience permitting energy projects
-
Experience successfully negotiating agency consultations
