Renewable Energy (RE) Power Procurement Specialist - Indonesia
Essential KSAs required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.):
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible work experience in power procurement, energy sector, power sector and renewable energy sector.
- Master’s degree in engineering, economics, business, or law in energy policy.
- Have a robust and strong understanding and knowledge on Indonesia energy and power sector is a must.
- Proven experience working with Indonesia’s power sector stakeholders, such as MEMR, PLN, IPP.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (reading, writing, and oral presentation)
Valued but not required KSAs:
- Indonesian national or current resident of Indonesia
- Hold procurement certification such as CPST (Certified Procurement Strategist), CPSP (Certified Procurement Specialist) is advantageous
- Familiarity with USAID procedures and practices for quality control, including monitoring
- Have exposures working on power sector reform issues in developing countries is advantageous.
- Have understanding and or exposure to precedent of Indonesia sector framework reforms is advantageous.
