- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Seasoned Project Manager in the Civil, Environmental, and/or Construction Services Profession
- Experience must reflect an in-depth knowledge of Project Management Principles with proven experience leading sub-project managers to effectively manage a series of projects.
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate with various levels of management
- Demonstrated leadership success
- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills, partnered with an ability to collaborate and build effective interpersonal relationships
- Expert knowledge and experience managing essential risk mitigation activities including identification, tracking, follow-up, escalation, and contingency planning on risks, issues
- Critical thinking skills that result in innovative problem solving and decision making
- Advanced in use of MS Project to effectively manage program schedules and sub-project milestones
- Ability to analyze and strategically leverage MS Project data to ensure key risks and issues are identified and resolved
